Sarah Al Shaybani - Jane Goodall

Jane Goodall dedicated her effort and passion to Chimpanzees. Goodall is a British Anthropologist, best known for her 45-year study of social and family interactions of wild chimpanzees in Gombe Stream National Park located in Tanzania. She is the founder of the Jane Goodall Institution and has worked extensively on conservation and animal welfare issues. The Jane Goodall Institution covers the following:


  • Improve global understanding and treatment of great apes through research, public education and advocacy
  • Contribute to the preservation of great apes and their habitats by combining conservation with education and promotion of sustainable livelihoods in local communities
  • Create a worldwide network of young people who have learned to care deeply for their human community, for all animals and for the environment, and who will take responsible action to care for them
Jane Goodall is well known for her many awards, books (including childrens books), and films.
